What this calculates
Cumulative percent passing from sieve masses (or direct percent passing), log-linear interpolation of the characteristic particle sizes D10, D30, D50 and D60, the coefficients of uniformity (Cu) and curvature (Cc), gravel/sand/fines fractions, and a Unified Soil Classification System group symbol and name. Hydrometer points extend the curve below the finest sieve, and Atterberg limits resolve the fines between silt and clay on the plasticity chart.
